The study was carried out to analyze data for Mombasa County obtained from DHIS2 for the period of 2013-2017. The specific objectives were to determine the trend and establish relationships (if any) in various diseases and other variables. The research technique was based on a data analysis and statics tool, R. The study showed that there are relationships between some diseases like Malaria cases in pregnancy and Neonatal deaths and that some data are not normally distributed among other things. The study reccommends that effective policies should be put in place to counter these issues and improve health services
